Spent an hour in the private range with the family. Had a couple new shooters and first and foremost, gotta give two thumbs up to Tony, said he'd only been there 8 weeks but I'd believe 8 years, awesome job! Really helped put the new shooters at ease, very helpful, friendly, informative, just a great job! Had a very brief delay due to a ventilation issue and was comped the second half of our fees, totally unnecessary, but goes to show above and beyond management! Anyhow, long story short, the whole crew walked out with grins all around. Was the main topic of conversation the rest of the day. Will probably be the new holiday tradition going forward, thanks again!!!

Went there for the first time today 3/1/26 to use the range. The range and range officers were great. On my way out stop to look at a pistol I was interested in and could get the old guy behind the counter to help me because he was to busy talking and laughing with his buddy. I had cold hard cash to buy a gun with and walked out without even getting to hold the one I would have bought. Only one chance to make a first impression and I was not impressed with the sales guy. I'll go back for the range I'll buy everything else somewhere else.

Went there for my first time to get my CPL. Al was a great instructor for material that was mostly boring. He made it fun. I left that afternoon as a new member. Great selection of gun rentals to try before you commit to buying. I'll be purchasing my first pistol from Southwicks and look forward to training at their range. Great facility and great people all around. Very impressed. Highly recommend!

I've been around guns nearly my whole life but I'm new to pistols. Just in the last 6 months I've been shooting because I had felony that was expunged. Since I've gotten my gun rights restored and bought a pistol, and got my CPL, I've been down to this range quite a bit. Not all the time but at least a few times a month. This range is amazing, the facility and staff are amazing. It's the only indoor range in the area that I'm aware of. And they also facilitates rentals of guns which I have not tried yet. I've taken my pistol and AR-15 down and also had family come with me to shoot their guns or to rent pistols to see which ones they prefer. The rentals are cheap, but you do have to buy the ammo from them for the pistols. Staff is very knowledgeable and any questions I have they give me

Rented the private lanes for my brother’s bachelor party. Terrific experience in every way. Especially the customer service/expertise of Dakota. Was thorough, informative, and helped us maximize our time on the range. Outstanding.
