Space Coast Honda Service

Beware of BAD service! Space Coast Honda was supposed to replace missing fasteners holding the plastic bottom engine shield during an oil change. It was OBVIOUS that fasteners were missing because it was temporarily held in place by a zip tie. Yet they changed the oil and filter without replacing the missing fasteners I’d specifically asked the service advisor to replace. So the shield fell off again on my way home damaging it. And I sent emails and text messages with the photos and didn’t receive any reply. Inexcusable poor service.

Oil change and tire rotation—everything went great, and the customer service was great too! Thank you, Larry and Nikki! I live in Palm Bay, and it's worth the drive. I'm not a fan of the one near me.

Service and Repair Experience Review I have continued to use Space Coast Honda for both convenience and a belief that they possess the best skill-set for my CR-V, despite having had minor service concerns in the past. This week, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They performed a tire rotation which was unnecessary, as the tires had been recently replaced by another company a few weeks prior. During their inspection, Space Coast Honda informed me they found a cross-threaded lug on one wheel and provided a repair quote of $541 to address the issue. Given the recent service history, I took the vehicle to Discount Tire for a second inspection. They determined that the threads were stripped from the outer half of the lug stud. Not so good , sorry to say Four services in a row I have been charged for a tire pressure signal , and it only stays clear for three-5 days, every time I request follow up the salesmen at repair shop say that there are many different reasons the tires indicate that signal But I had paid all together over $800 , now going to a year and no results This is bad for them, but fir our pockets
