Sparkle Car Wash

The staff here is very nice and friendly. The place is brand spankin' new and everything works well. There are a lot of wash options to choose from. The prices are reasonable starting at $9 going up pretty high. I took the $12 was and the result was good. Definitely will be back as this is a convenient location for us and there are so few brush car washes in the area.

I had $10 left on a gift card. I tried to add another $5 to the card to pay for my wash, but the machine kept spitting it out. I tried to get the attention of one of the employees who totally ignored me. I had an ignorant motorist behind me which made the situation worse. I wound up having to pay cash for it. Also for $15 I would think I wouldn’t have white soap spots all over my car after it dried. I will never go back there.

Nice facility. The machines did a great job cleaning dirt and grime off the car. Unfortunately, either because of hard water, the soap they use, or the drying process, my black car was left covered in water spots. I'll have to wash it again myself to finish up. Additionally the first vacuum I used didn't have enough suction, so I had to move one over. Edit on Nov 1: adding a star for the good response from the business. Unfortunately I don't live nearby so I can't take them up on it, but the care is noted.

I give them 5 stars because they are always top notch. That said, this one visit they did not have the towel bin put out for the "Towel Club".
