Sparkle - N - Shine Touchless Car Wash

Came with cash to get coins, I ran out of time close to the end of my wash, put my card in and the machiene took a while to take my $10. After waiting for a few minutes while the card was processing. I went to the next stall over to see if the machiene I used was just malfunctioning. Upon looking at my bank statement it took my money and didn't give me my time. I then had to take out more money of my budget to pay for a $5 wash. Called the support number and left a message explaining my situation. When the owner called me back I explained my situation again then he just went silent over the phone, hung up, and didn't return the call at all. I've enjoyed coming here in the past with my different vehicles. But I'm probably not going to come back until I get my $10.

OWNER IS VERY RUDE. Always lurking, aggressively says he is going to get your tag if you don’t clean area before leaving.. Even if the place is disgusting when you get there. Him and his wife are just money hungry trying to make it off a nasty car wash. Stay far away from this place. Spend your money somewhere nice.

I use this car wash frequently and i love it. I love that the car wash is not a big mod style and i can do it my self. The vacuums are great. I will continue using this car wash as long as i live in Lakesite!!

Straight trash. Owner is insanely rude. Hoses don’t work. Soap is always out. Takes money with no way to get a refund. Vacuums are always full and stink bad. Stay far away.
