Sparklez Express Car Wash

Can’t say much since $7 is as basic as it gets. Wash, rinse. Woop de doo. But it’s not so much of how bad the car was does, it’s more so of how bad the person does “scrubbing” or cleaning the back of every vehicle. You see him clear as day cleaning the car ahead of you before it’s your turn to enter and he puts little to no effort at all trying to actually clean the back of the vehicle since the machine doesn’t reach that part. One basic swipe of the brush and that’s it. Doesn’t know if he missed a spot or not. He doesn’t care. You get this same service whether you pay the $7 basic or the $17 premium wash which is actually funny 🤣.

I do not recommend Sparkles Express at the 8905 Broadway Street in Pearland. I was guided in and i followed the instructions. Put car in neutral and don't touch the steering wheel. As I am being guided throught the wash I heard a loud pop and metal scraping. The car wash snapped my valve stem and my tire went flat. The owner would not listen to anything I had to say. He immediately placed blame on me. He accused me of having aftermarket equipment. He was very rude. He wouldn't even look at me. Everytime I tried to say anything he would talk over me. EVERYTHING on my car is factory. His attitude and lack of business sense is unprofessional. I had to get my car towed home and wait until the following morning to get the tire fixed.

Great spot for a wash with excellent prices. Car came out clean and they dry it by hand as well. Vacuums had good suction.

I love this place! I wish it were closer to my home. I feel like this place gets my car clean better than all the "big name" car washes and the biggest thing about it is that the price is AMAZING. They even hand dry once you're through the wash. I always try to have some extra cash for a tip because like, what?! They hand dry too?! I always feel like I'm shorting them haha. Customer Service is always great, the wash works great, the vacuums are always working well. This really is my favorite drive-thru wash
