Sparks Garage Auto and Diesel LLC

Sparks is now the ONLY garage I'll ever use as long as I'm living in (or near) Richmond! They've done work for me a few times now, and I've never once had an issue with anything at all. Chris and everyone there are super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The shop is cleaner than any car garage I've ever seen. And today, I had to take my car in for quite a bit of work with alignment and suspension 5 hours later than I said I would be there (I did call the guys first and tell them). Chris was upfront and told me it would likely be tomorrow before I could pick up my car, which was fine by me. But not even 5 full hours later, he called and the work was done, so I was only without my car for less than half a day for all that work! Oh, and he put my wiper blades on for me at no extra cost! Sparks Garage was recommended to me through a parts retailer, and I am very happy with the way I have been treated like family, not knowing them from Adam. I was reassured that everything would be fine and was given peace of mind after dropping the truck off. The technicians are very knowledgeable from the conversation I had with them, and they have the scanners and tools to troubleshoot problems. I am excited now to get my truck back to good without breaking the bank.

One day while driving, my 2020 Chevy Malibu’s check engine light came on. After scrolling endlessly through auto shop repair centers near me I landed on Sparks Garage. I scrolled through the review section, and it looked promising. I gave a call and spoke with a gentleman. He asked what was going on, and said to bring it by the shop the next morning. I dropped off my vehicle, the process was simple and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I interacted with a few of Sparks staff and can say they are all very knowledgeable and polite. After a couple of hours I got a call back after they looked at it and turns out I just had a bolt loose making the wire not fully connect with my battery. We looked for a diesel mechanic for our truck for almost 5 months. I live almost 2 hours away but I couldn't have found a better shop and I'm so grateful we did. They stayed late for drop off and pickup when I had limited availability to do so. They also found the actual problem with my truck and were able to fix it. These guys are honest and awesome and will be our only mechanic from now on.
