Showed up with a screw in my tire and was handed my key 17 mins. later. I have been using them since my brother Jesse bought me tires for my Chevy Malibu with red bucket seats. My sister Caryles car before then. Ty for your service over the years Spectrum.

In August 2023 I came in for tires rear shocks and struts. I had a tire I wanted in mind with good All season traction. They insisted they had a better tire that they sold which was Cooper. They told me they had to “shop” around for quality struts. I got the vehicle and was pretty happy but upon inspection of the tires they had sub par winter traction. Secondly the next day I heard loud creaking from the struts when I turned. Brought it back and they said they defected out and replaced them. Starting about a year later the creaking came back and became much louder. Actually it’s embarrassing driving in parking lots. The dust boots have all fallen apart and are noisy. I have been going to Spectrum Tire & Auto for at least 10 years. This is honestly the only mechanic shop I have ever trusted. I have lived in South Jersey my entire life (multiple counties), and always find myself driving as long as it takes to come here. Just recently, the owner: Joe, did me a huge favor. I told him that I needed 4 new tires, my car inspected, and a hood latch. The problem was...I needed it done over the weekend because I was driving far away. Joe actually opened the shop on Saturday (not open normally) and had (Heath) come in to help me. Heath did an awesome job on my car; the price of everything was fair, and they got the job done, as always, with perfection. Joe Lord and his staff are excellent!!! Highly recommend! Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I brought my 2013 Audi in and they installed all 4 tires and did my oil change. Much cheaper price than the quotes I got from the other 2 shops that I called. Needless to say, I walked out a happy customer. Will be coming here from now on.

Amazing experience. Only had the work done less than a week ago, so I can't speak for longevity but the difference in my ride quality before & after VS the low cost they charged me has me ecstatic! Let me add on the fact that the owner specifically told me parts I THOUGHT were bad were actually not bad at all... That's HONESTY in an INDUSTRY where lying is common place. I'm sold on integrity alone, but the prices are competitive as well. This isn't some BS happy-go-lucky review. I have gone to 3 different shops in Glassboro(2 of which were corporate owned) and the owner Joe here treats me like I know his kid or something. Top of the line customer service from Amanda and Joe, followed up by a friendly price tag. By not taking your vehicle to THIS shop, you are providing a disservice to yo
