Speeders Car Wash - Norwalk 2

First time using this car wash and it was a terrible experience. The machine malfunctioned twice, and on the second pass it caused a large dent and scratches to my car. What’s even worse is that a month and a half later, I still haven’t received a proper response. I’ve dealt with nothing but poor communication, empty promises, and a complete lack of professionalism. This has easily been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the time, stress, and frustration — do NOT take your car here.

Had a great experience at Russell Speeder’s! The wash itself came out clean and shiny, and the self-service vacuum/detailing area is super convenient and well maintained. Everything you need to finish the job is right there. It was packed when I went, but Jonathan handled it like a pro. He kept things moving, helped direct customers, and made what could’ve been a hectic moment feel smooth and organized. That kind of customer service makes a big difference. Solid 4 stars will definitely keep coming back.

I love that this is self serve and have all the detailing items you need but their staff is also there to help with your mats and replenishing. They’re also super nice and helpful. Thanks to Julian who was out in the freezing cold with a smile cleaning my floor mats! Truly great service

We got the opportunity to meet Cesar Osorno. My daughter loved the way he greeted us at the start of the car wash. Very fun and joyful. Then we were cleaning the mats and he was able to show us how to do it and help us finish. Showed us how to use the cleaning supplies. Awesome experience!!!! Decided to upgrade our membership.

Santo Hernandez immediately helped me when my vacuum stopped working! It was the only reason why I came and very important because I have kids that make a mess in my car!! I highly recommend coming because they have everything you could possibly need
