I came to here after getting turned away at another shop, Jim squeezed me in to get my tires in. Jim was so polite and very welcoming. My friend and I were in the waiting area for about three hours since we didn’t have a ride. We chit chatted and it had the time go super fast. Since I was there for a while I noticed how welcoming and up beat he was to ever since customer that walked in. Highly recommend!

I took my kia sorento to speedys today with 3 passenger window that wouldn't roll down. I was expecting them to tell me I needed 3 motors. Instead they told me I had pressed a button that locked the windows. How honest they are!! Great service and friendly!

The absolute best in Hampton roads, we will never go anywhere else ever again unless we have to! Honest, fast service with fair prices. They really take care of us every time we have something wrong with our cars, and I truly believe our 11 year old car is still in such great condition because is them!

Had to get my water pump replaced most places refused to work on my type of car. Jim was very helpful and told me everything that needed to be done upfront. Was done in time frame given car runs perfect now. Will be going here for all my car needs going forward. Highly recommend!!!

I will simply say this if you want to make it home safely don’t get any alignment work done here. I was driving home yesterday and my steering felt weird and the car vibrated at minimum interstate speeds. After making it across the HRBT feeling very dissatisfied I took the car to an auto shop. The shop took my wheels off and found this part of both side very loose. My question is how was this not caught before releasing me the vehicle. I rather you keep the vehicle and fix it or quote your findings. I won’t be going back here ever again or the place that replaced the rack and pinion named Martins Auto Repair around the corner from this place.
