Had the potential to be a great experience, but the staff dropped the ball. They ordered the wrong window and didn't tell me until after already having the car for an hour. I found out once I showed up to pick up the car, then had to wait another hour and pay more money! In addition, it shows how little you care when it's midday and you can't even turn your open sign on, but no worries I got it for you. Price was good service...forget it.

Very bad experience – be careful before leaving your car here! I left my car at Speedy Glass to replace my windshield. After about three hours, I picked up my car without walking around to inspect it, assuming everything was fine. When I got home, I noticed several scratches on my car that were not there before. I immediately went back to the shop to make an incident report, but the front office lady refused. She told me they don’t have any cameras inside the garage and didn’t take any before/after pictures of my car. Instead of helping me or showing concern, she said she would call 911. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. There was no accountability or customer support. Quick service, great location. Friendly staff. Lobby coffee. Clean restroom. They replaced my back glass after someone decided my car would look better without it. Cost less than I thought it would. Will be back for cracked windshield replacement soon.

Made an appt for a windshield replacement, two hours after I arrive was told the windshield was distorted, another appointment was made for a different location at 2PM, tech didn’t show up. When he was called lied and said it was for 3 not 2. Then cancelled at 3:30. Made an appointment to replace windshield and trim at my house on Monday. Call to make sure he had the trim. Tech replaced Windshield no trim. Called daily no response by tech or branch that booked the appointment. I would like to use the car. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Window replacement is usually a 2 hour job on the previous 6 windshields I have replaced.

At 10am on a Monday, I found my company van had a smashed passenger window. I needed to go to work asap, so I started searching Google and making phone calls. (If you spend company money, you know management loves you getting quotes) Safelites national call center recommended during their hold music that I book online, instead of by phone. Their website quoted me roughly $550 to replace the window. They became an instant no-go. I called a few other local companies. I was quoted between $256-$330. These companies told me I needed to bring the car in, but couldn't see me until 1:30pm-2:30pm. They needed to get the window from a supplier. They all said it would take a few hours to replace the window. This meant I needed to wait a few hours for an appointment, while my company car was taking
