Extremely happy with the work! They are professional and courteous! Working with Doug (the owner) was very easy. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and kept me up to date as the work progressed. In my case it was repair from an accident. He also handled several modifications I had been wanting to make at the same time. He gave me great advice to help me decide was best for me. He handled sourcing the parts and ensure they'd work with my vehicle, which was not always easy! Truck looks amazing!

Great experience with Spencer Collision, after the bad experience of having my car hit in a parking lot by someone who then disappeared. Doug was so helpful in working with my insurance carrier. The appraiser substantially underestimated the cost of the repair but Doug was able to negotiate with them and show that the job was much bigger than they thought so I was fully covered. Doug was extremely accomodating with my schedule for dropping off and picking up the car. The job was beautifully done and they even washed the car before I picked it up😄. Highly recommend this shop!

I had a phenomenal experience recently with Spencer Collision Center. I made a very expensive “oopsie” in my very brand new car and reached out to multiple local body shops for quotes. Doug was very responsive to my email and was quick to arrange an appointment for an in person evaluation/quote. He was very thorough, transparent, and fair in his quote and took the time to explain the different options I had to either pay out of pocket or to file a claim with insurance and help me deal with that process. After he ordered the parts, he stayed in touch with updates on shipping, delivery, and when he would be ready to start work. I received a recommendation to call Spencer Collision from a staff member at my machine shop. I'm so glad I followed his advice. Where other shops had been curt and condescending to me, this shop was open and considerate. The owner offered to look at my car based on photos when it was unable to be driven there, then took the time to talk with me in person after I put it in a drivable state. He gave me honest and reasonable feedback on the repair cost and time estimates. All in all, he was incredibly helpful in my car repairing process. I'll never stop recommending this shop to others who are seeking this high level of quality and effective service.

Very happy with my experience at Spencer. The scheduling of the repairs was easy. I was quoted a two week timeframe for the repairs. Work was done as quoted even with the insurance company lowballing the quote. Spencer got the insurance company in to reassess the the quote. My truck looks like new. They even detailed the interior.
