I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I drove all the way from Chicago because my 2011 Honda Odyssey had a problem with the starter. Before coming, I called and clearly explained that the starter needed to be replaced. However, no one gave me a clear estimate or explained what the total cost would be. Once I arrived, the situation changed. After the work was done, I was charged $809 for replacing the starter. That price seemed extremely high. Later, I called several other mechanic shops to ask what they normally charge for replacing a starter on a Honda Odyssey. Most of them told me the job usually takes about 1–1.5 hours of labor, and the typical total cost (including the part) is around $350–$400. If there was a -10 button, that's what I would give this company. Listen to this. I wanted a front end ball joint kit put in my truck. They said it was going to cost me $1900. And I already had the ball joint kit, which I gave them.I told them I'm not interested. I brought them a battery and they put in the battery and they charged me $300. At this point, I knew all I wanted to know about spikes Auto but reluctantly, I gave them my debit card to pay for the bill. Because it said debit cards have no fee. When I went to pay with my no fee Debit card It tried to charge me seven dollars . They told me well do you got cash? I said no I have a debit card that charges no fee. They said oh sorry we can't help that it's gonna be seven dollars to use your debit card. Whatever you do do not use spik
