Leaving this review to highlight the incredible customer service by the Deli Supervisor, Jessica. My mom and I visited to get some potato wedges and when my mom made her purchase, Jessica took that time to introduce us to their new baked chicken and we could tell right away that it was cooked with love. We were not aware Spinx had baked chicken, but now we are! Jessica has such impeccable management skills, her personality is so warm and welcoming. Her smile is unforgettable it brightens up your day. The world needs more Jessica's. My mom and I will definitely be back...NEXT WEEK! Thank you, Jessica. We will see you soon.

This is a Family size Okra. I don't know who stealing the product at the store. But I got robbed. $9 for this is crazy.

Alot of truck drivers brag about this chicken and how the night shift staff will cook it fresh so I stopped by. I asked for 3 tenders and some potatoes. I checked the kitchen box and there was plenty that looked fresh. Didn't ask for anything to be cooked. Cara behind the register told me I could only choose from the box beside the register. It seemed boxing up three tenders and six wedges was to much for her. So I had to purchase 3 different boxes and over pay for what I wanted. After arriving back at my place of business, which is less than 5 minutes away, I realized the sell by time was 10:41. I arrived at spinx at approximately midnight. The food was hard, dry and inedible. Never again.

I shop at alot of spinx of course but store #125 has THE BEST deli representative. Her name is Jessica and she has that kitchen running like click work. Amazing customer service skills and and all around people person. I can tell she aims to please. The chicken was fresh and hot. Hey management give this lady raise !!
