Splash and Dash Express car wash

I used tap to pay and my money was taken out of my account and said approved on the payment machine but the cashier told me that my payment wasn’t approved and their was nothing he could do for me. This also happened at the slash and dash on weed patch hwy and on Fairfax. They are the cheapest in the area though besides the gas station at the end of the road by the railroad tracks

Got a white Colorado WT that sits under a tree and gets pooped on every night. This place sprays the bug stuff and gently moistens the truck by hand before it goes into the auto wash. I recommend for work vehicles as it's cheap for the quality of wash, quick, and easy. Gets it squeaky clean every time with the middle tier wash

Car wash is NOT 24 hours. This needs to be separated and communicated in maps.

You guys need to drug test and stop hiring people with problems. The car wash is fine I’m talking about inside the store. I just went in today at 6:40 PM on a Monday and the guy working there seems lit out of his mind. He’s tweaking his hands, moving his arms around and responded to me in both English and Spanish aggressively, this was my favorite store because it’s convenient, down the road and I usually get along with all your employees but ever since this guy came along it’s been one I actually try to avoid.

Terrible and rude customer service, just regret going to this place. It is waste of money, the car will be dirty even after two washes and if you address the issue, they will ask you to pay again for the wash. You better check the car before leaving the place as that’s their policy that you show them the car if it doesn’t clean your car and if your car still has stains after the wash. Once you left the property and come back after few minutes they want you to pay again for the wash. A mistake I did as I have to pick up my son from school and noticed that the windshield and other areas were still dirty. When I came back after picking up my son from school, they wanted me to pay again and I even showed them the receipt which was less than 30 minutes ago. Will never use this place again. I h
