Splash Car Wash

Charged $82.93 for carpet cleaning and wheel cleaning…. All four carpet mats are wet, I can’t remove the paper protector from the driver mat otherwise it becomes completely dirty because my shoes end the water/shampoo on the mat floor… and this sheet is very slippery… I stopped in the parking lot across the street and I realized rear rims are dirty… then, I’m trying to understand how they work… after $82.93 spent I can’t take nobody inside the car and I finished to clean the rims..

Been a member here for awhile.my previous car was white I just got a brand new car it’s apex blue. I’ve gone through three wash’s already today the sun is out and I can see Circular scratch’s all throughout the car that was not there when I purchased the car. It was a showroom car. I am not pleased at all I pay a lot of money and expect a premium service. It seems they are washing and drying the cars with dirty mitts and rags. All the windows look like crap after the wash because of it as well. I am very disappointed in this place. They seem to only care to rush cars in and out not realizing they are damaging peoples cars. I will be called my management. You guys need to do better 😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 to anyone Interested let my review help you. This place used to be great but seems to be failing

I paid $47 for a lausy job, they just splash water and soup and let it dry. I see mud and stain marks allover my car from dirty hand towels. Do not recommend this place at all.

I am truly impressed with how quickly they worked as a team! The part I was kinda ‘meh’ about was that they didn’t touch the trunk and didn’t clean the floor mats at all (Weathertech, not talking about washing fabric and aging while it dries) 🤷‍♀️ Sorry, machine squirting soap, rinses it off and 5 people quickly wipe it down..? not really worth more than $15-20 honestly, and even that’s a tad over the top - specifically for the ‘Full Service’ treatment 🤷‍♀️

Save yourself the headache. Got “the works” and the wash itself is sub par. Fingerprints were left all over the front windows. All the dirt from the car just collected on the side skirts and the rear (photos). Whatever rags they use on the interior probably had debris on them and scratched my dashboard and the trim. The driver door got no TLC. They only have 2 people hand washing the car and noticed them struggle to keep up with the pace of the car moving forward (either slow it down or put more people on the scrub portion). Neglected the side skirts completely, the rear received maybe 2 strokes.
