Splash & Dash Car Wash

I love the convenience of the membership and the floor mat washers, but this place has scratched both my old and new car a couple of times. I'm still a member, but I'm thinking of switching. I and others have noted the scratching, and while they do clean and maintain equipment, they don't take responsibility for the fact that their machine could be causing scratches on vehicles, as it's not cleaned after each car or a touchless system.

Go at your own risk. I had a white rental car when I first started their membership and it seemed to have been scratched but I wasn’t sure. Now after running my new car I bought through I know for sure that its scratching everyone’s car or so it seems. This is the last thing it did before I cancelled my membership.

I am very disappointed with this place. Since the beginning, I've been using the membership that offers a complete car wash for $39.99 plus tax. In the last few months, I've been washing my car in the afternoon, around 5 PM, and I can no longer wash my car's floor mats because they disconnect the machine at that time. They close at 7 PM, but the carpet cleaning machine is already disconnected by 5 PM.

Great staff! They actually clean their bays every night/during the day. New brushes as its a -New car wash with the new technology less scratches and still cleans car

Broke my spoiler, worse place to go to, on top of that for the same car wash you can go somewhere else for much cheaper. This place is a scam and not good for your car.
