Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community

My family and I have been very disappointed with the management, policies, facilities and food quality at Springmoor. My mother has lived at this facility for the past 10 years. We have found management to be very unresponsive to concerns and questions that we have submitted. I called several days ago about a concern with my mother's HVAC system leaking in her mechanical closet and never received a call back. She has had so many instances of AC going out during the hottest part of summer. They provided no type of solution for her. No portable AC units, no fans

The young women who work at the Stewart Health Center are wonderful. Everytime I come in they greet me when I come visit my nana.

All I want to say is my grandparents lived here before they passed away, and they seemed comfortable and happy here. I also always had a pleasant experience every time I visited them here.

A wonderful place to recommend for a parent or yourself. Knowledgeable staff. Good social workers. Safe environment. The staff at Home Instead recommended Springmoor. The Springmoor staff and Home Instead worked well together with the move in and continue to provide care for my mother. Both are wonderful companies

I had a very good friend live there for a few years. The staff was always pleasant and courteous. I saw no neglect of any kind. There were many activities for them to do. All the staff treated my friends always with kindness and support. I would love to stay there when I reach of age, because how much they loved it there up to the very end of their lives. RIP Mr. and Mrs. Begore you are missed.
