Great place for all your Sprinter work. I had new Sachs Struts and new sway bar links installed. Pricing much better than MB dealer and super nice informative staff. Really like the first come first serve business model and quick turnaround. Most dealers you wait for appts. Will definitely go back for whatever work I need next!

These guys are absolutely outstanding. We were working in the NJ area with one of our vans and had a wiring issue. The shop has excellent software that can send photos and approval requests digitally. Once the work began the crew was able to remedy the issue very quickly and also provide a quick PM while the van was at their shop. They had it pulled up out front real nicely anticipating my arrival. Thanks again guys!

Have to agree with the previous two negative reviews. This place fixed both of our metris vans and one we picked up and the moment we picked up it had a major exhaust leak. They tried to blame it on us saying that we did it. We had less than a 1/10 of a mile when we called. They wouldn't get it back it to look at right away. The other van we had the work done and it too is still not right. They charge insane shop hourly rate and any codes you show them with a scanner they say oh thats not correct codes. They are general obd2 codes that are standard across all models so no we dont need mercedes scanner for those type of codes. The specialty stuff yes but not the standard codes. We are seeking another shop and wish you the best

First I like to say that my overall experience with these guys was hot and very cold at the end. Long story short my fuel rail caught a shit on me on the New Jersey turnpike and if anyone knows about the NJ turnpike with a car breakdown, well yeah it’s a nightmare. I seen one of the employees before hand this event happened and he was very helpful with another issue I was concerned about and sold me on his genuineness and helpfulness. These guys are really the only guys around who actually specialize in working on sprinter vans, so gaining the relationship with him was ideal. Van took a shit on the turnpike and I called them up and was able to get the van towed to their shop. I came from Out of State so I slept in the van and the owner was kind enough to charge my battery so I could keep
