I recently purchased a Hummer h2 I have been wanting since they came out. The vehicle is awesome and in great shape. I blew an oil line recently and was freaking out. Didn't know what was wrong, thought the worst. Oil everywhere. I called Shane and asked for his help. He immediately, made arrangements to come thru for me. I broke down Sunday evening, Monday afternoon he drove 100 miles to pick up the Hummer, by Tuesday evening he had me fixed up and driving back home. I was prepared to pay some service fees but he kindly fixed me up free of charge. I'm impressed with their integrity and very pleased and comforted by their willingness to do good business. They NEVER want to answer any of the numbers that are listed, or call back. They talk to everybody very rudely. I legit had the Guy owner YELL and HANG UP on me all because THEY refused to get in touch with me the day before about our vehicle. We’ve had this vehicle for like 4 months and have already had several issues with it. Unless you come to them in person and get stern with them, they won’t do anything. We’ve had a warranty on the vehicle the whole time, this last time they argued with us for DAYS saying we didn’t have one and wouldn’t fix the current issue. Literally SO unprofessional and rude. My daughter bought a car and it has been nothing but issues ... 2 weeks after she got it the car would shake and not go in reverse..a lite would come on saying the transmission was HOT and would have to turn it off .went back a forth with them for a couple of months ...my daughter would take it back too them and they wound say it was other things .had to pay them $500.00 dollars due to something in the front end.. this went on for a couple of months ...she would have to go back and forth taking the car for them to 'WORK ON IT ' but never fixed the issue ..finally told her to take it Hornsbys Garage in Union City TN and they said it was the transmission and it would be $2.200 and Sans S Auto said they wasnt going to pay for it ..so they went and got it and took it too a guy in Mayfield and
