Stallings Towing

From Mary J: My car died yesterday afternoon on my way home from visiting family. We were able to get on the shoulder before it stopped, but the engine wouldn’t even turn over, so we were stuck. It’s the first time in my life I’ve had to call a tow truck, and apparently a particularly bad day for it. We called about four different places before we found someone who could get there in less than 4 hours. Travis from Stallings Towing arrived within an hour and he really knew his business! He was thorough, precise and skilled. He was also personable and I enjoyed visiting with him as we drove to my mechanic’s shop. I needed a vehicle of mine towed from Sugar City to Blackfoot. I originally was trying to work through my AAA account to get a tow truck. However AAA denied my request since they only really offer towing for a small sliver of situations. So if you have AAA don’t bank on them always providing their advertised service. I ended up having to call around and pay out of pocket. I called a few places and got insane quotes. I mean I could have bought a ticket and fly to the other side of the country for what prices I was quoted. It’s just 60 miles from my pick up and drop off locations. My car was totaled a couple of days before the holidays. The people at Stallings and hooked up towing were incredibly helpful and kind. Despite me being out of town and being the day after Christmas, they were willing to look through my car and get everything that I had left behind. They are incredibly helpful and I am incredibly grateful for the work that they do.

Stallings were awesome, they were helpful and picked up my vehicle within 20 minutes of calling them. It was already after 5pm and took great care while loading and unloading my escalade.

We cannot thank Chris from Stallings Towing enough. He rescued us from a completely unexpected mid road snowbank in bear country in record time. He was skilled, informative and courteous. He also escorted us out of the mountains to make sure our vehicle was operating properly. And our fee was incredibly reasonable! Thank you Chris for saving us from a potentially dangerous situation.
