wish i could leave 0 stars, car was in this shop for 3 weeks on an insurance claim, never once called me to ask consent on repairs, did repairs against my knowledge, didn’t even complete the repairs that needed to be done. and then on top of all of that they left my car a mess and damaged it worse than when i brought it there. i wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Just by the phone call alone; UNPROFESSIONAL. Called once; spoke, he hung up when I was in mid sentence. 2nd call; Phil was eating as he was letting me know they closed a hour early, etc. This was a total turn off. The only reason why I may return is because this place was recommend to me by a friend. Let's see if Glenn changes my point of view.

If you need body work done on your car this is the place to go. It's a family run operation that has been in business for over 30 years. They're ethical, professional, and fairly priced. I have been bringing my cars there for all of 30 years and I have never had a single complaint, not one. Glenn goes above the call of duty every time. Trust me you will not be disappointed, these guys are the best in the business.

This place lied to me after being the victim of a hit and run accident. They basically told me I had to pay for the storage fees even though the other party was found and they had insurance.
