I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The salesperson took my money and sold me a vehicle that turned out to have serious mechanical issues shortly after purchase. The car was not in the condition it was represented to be. When I contacted the dealership to request a refund or a reasonable solution, my concerns were dismissed. The salesperson was uncooperative and unwilling to work with me to resolve the situation. There was no effort made to provide customer support or take responsibility. I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, the level of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable. If you value transparency and reliability, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Just bought a 2002 bmw 325i over all good car for the price only thing I found later on was it had a coolant problem. Common on a 22 year old bmw but other then that drives like a dream good deal and over all pretty easy process

⚠️ Buyer beware. I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. Within the second day of buying my car, I started having fueling issues. I brought it back and was told it was fixed — but one week later the same problem came back. It has now been one month of ongoing issues, and I’ve spent $8,000 only to be stuck dealing with the same problem. The communication and professionalism were very disappointing. It felt like one brother played the “good cop” while the other played the “bad cop,” and the person in the office spoke to me in a very disrespectful way. The father then stepped in trying to clean up the situation after the fact. Overall, I did not feel treated fairly or respectfully as a customer. Please do your research and be cautious before purchasing.

I bought a 2010 Lexus Is250, I purchased it on 10/23/2025 evenings and I got home around 9PM, the next day on 10/24/2025 I drove the car the engine light and tracking control came on the dashboard. I called them to let them know and they asking me what can I do for ( really really rude). And he’s said we don’t do any service after sales. Bad deals I even seen. They not even let you test drive the if you not buy the car. Basically they force you to buy the vehicle before you can test drive. So don’t waste your time with this dealer.
