Made an appointment for change. No sign of the owner after waiting for one hour in cold. I want to pick up the phone. No one else in the shop is willing to give me an estimate for the oil change. I decided to leave and went to another shop and taken care of immediately.

Star Auto Services has reasonable prices and is easily one the best auto repair shops in the area. I bring to them all my cars mostly European but also a Hyundai. Gonzalo who is the manager of the shop is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Jimmy the lead mechanic performs nothing but quality work on my cars. Both of them always have the time and patience to explain to me what I need to be done to my vehicles and my options. I recently took to them my M4 and they installed performance upgrades I purchased from Dinan motors. Jimmy also did a big job upgrading my crank hub to handle the added power. My car exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful for all Gonzalo and Jimmy did for myself through this process. I highly recommend!

Great experience! Richard Starr & Team were able to assess issues on my 2003 Saab convertible. Richard spent time reviewing what needed to be done, and what can wait. My car had a few issues he found that we didn't discuss and alerted me he can fix it easily. Car was ready for the road & safe much faster than I expected!
