Star Street Car Wash

I love coming here to wash my trucks and trailers. Mostly reviewing to say that the door furthest from Madison Ave is stuck about 2' off the ground. Having a phone number listed would be a great idea in times like this...

The car was did not beep/ indicate when only having a minute left, let alone 30 seconds.. in order to add a few more quarters for extra time.. 2.00$ Vacuums that suck not in a good way! Didn’t pick up anything and ran out of time for a two seater!!!!!

Very disappointed, it said it costed $5 Then it charged me $10, then I added extra quarters to get some extra time for rinse, all suddenly I needed an extra $4.50 which I put it on Apple Pay, then it charged me another $10. Total of $20.50 is ridiculous. I tried calling but they don’t have the Voice mail set up. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Second time using this car wash. First was an ok time foam brush actually gave you foam. This time absolutely garbage. Better off taking a waterborne with soap and dumping it on my truck. "Air cannon" had about a such pressure and area as me blowing through a straw.

Was just in this car wash sprayed something on my car then an entire wash no water I would like a refund and thankyou I put your cone up as it does not work
