Starhaven Villas - 55 Plus Community in Utah

I moved into my beautiful home in the Starhaven Villas the first of July. I'm so excited to see this community grow. I love the design, very high quality and the landscaping is beautiful! The sales staff have been amazing, really nice people.

We bought our house in Starhaven two years ago. This is a wonderful community that seems to attract wonderful people--so we have made many dear friends already. The developer Ken Evans lives just next door and has been very responsive to our needs. Our house is spacious and well appointed. When we moved in, we wondered if we had downsized enough from our large home in Cedar Hills because the finished basement makes our house double the size of most 55 plus community homes. But we have learned from this experience and talking to friends who moved to smaller homes that we made the right choice. Some of those friends subsequently realized that they downsized too far and needed to find something larger to be comfortable. I recently moved into the Starhaven 55+ community. I was initially drawn to this community because of the individual home layout. I was tired of sharing common walls in my previous condo. Having all of my living space on one level was very enticing. An added bonus was being able to choose a finished or unfinished basement. The home designs include many upgrades that are standard, large rooms, a patio, front porch and a view of the mountains that is spectacular! I was impressed with the professional and caring staff who assisted me along the way. I am especially looking forward to the community garden, pickle ball courts and meeting more of my great neighbors in the future.

Overpriced for SQ footage. Sales was so pleasant. Nosey neighbors accosted me when I was looking. A lap pool would have been a nice ammenity for the owners for the price of the HO charged monthly at 195. However, QUALITY built homes!!!

Best 55 and older project I've looked at yet... love this place. The Clubhouse has a full size golf simulator and fitness center, they also have pickleball court and putting/chipping green!!! Feels like a resort not a old folks community.
