The whole staff is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Kendell in parts is awesome and will help you think through a viable solution to your issue. He even had some extra time today to help me test parts and make sure my new parts were a proper fit for my assembly. Shawn knows his customers and remembers what they’ve been dealing with and when I stop in we usually just pick up right where we left off conversationally. Thanks guys and gals, you are all amazing!

I've never had a bad experience here. Staff always greets me when I walk in, the place is clean, easy to navigate , and well stocked. These folks know their stuff, especially the women. Can't beat that with a stick! Thanks Yall, we will be back for the next project!

Who knew the amount of things this store does for us rv'ers? Dec 2nd was the day I found out they would be able to fix my trailer! Like huh? Wait what? I was there buying parts for an rv tech who said he doesn't buy people's parts. 😤 . Nothing was figured out. So fast forward because of the service from a gentleman named Austin, I was finally able to afford to take my furnace apart & trust these guys to fix the thing I needed to stay warm because 28th of December was BRUTALLY cold outside so the inside was only a chilly 52 degrees. On December 29th, I believe the service gentleman who took my furnace was Shawn. Ogdens location has been nothing short of AMAZING! Thank you all for the honest & fast service!!!! I will be back forsure!!!!

I bought my van used with very little explanation of how to use some things. The mechanics showed me how to use things I could not figure out and ignored. They did fix the gray and black release valves which was the real reason i went to them. Everyone was friendly and real helpful even tthough it was right before Christmas. I will go back to State Trailer for any future work I might need.

I would give many more stars if possible. Every experience over the last several years with the service team and everyone in store has been 110%. We love that we are never pressured to buy additional things and the service team will even explain how we can DIY our repair. Just brought our 1993 trailer in for a small roof leak and they not only completely fixed it in two weeks they were insanely affordable and even fixed my door for me. We rave about you guys and tell everyone with a trailer to come visit. Hopefully we don’t need another repair for a bit but we will be back when we do! Thank you.
