Dear Service Team, I am writing to convey my recent experience concerning the servicing of my vehicle, which I dropped off on a Tuesday Upon leaving my vehicle, I had expected to receive updates regarding its status or initial assessment throughout the day. Regrettably, no communication was initiated from your department during the entirety of the first day following the drop-off. This lack of information prompted me to attempt contact via telephone. I found it quite challenging to connect with a representative, as it required multiple persistent attempts to reach the service department. When I eventually succeeded in speaking with a team member, I was informed that my designated service advisor was unavailable. From the very beginning, Julian was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive to my needs, taking the time to truly understand what I was looking for rather than rushing the process. His knowledge was impressive, as he was able to clearly explain every detail, answer all of my questions with confidence, and offer honest advice that made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout the entire experience. Julian made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable by being professional, approachable, and genuinely focused on helping me make the best choice. Over the last 2.5 years I’ve have struggled to get my current vehicle repaired and safe to drive. Alex has worked with me over all this time to get me into a safe, reliable and affordable vehicle. I can't say enough about Jarek, Chad, and Jeff at stateline. There can't be a better team out there when it comes to purchasing a car as well as the follow up after the car was sold! They literally did everything they said they would do and went out of the way to make sure the transaction went smooth. After I bought the car they still followed up on everything and ensured I was satisfied with everything. This is the only place to go if you want great service during and after the sale!
