We've been coming to State Side Equipment for 3 years now . Jason provides not only great customer service but great equipment and setups ! We have bought a tiny trailer from him , a generator, 3stage heat extractor machine and more . We are very grateful for his honesty. He doesn’t take advantage of his clients he educates you . We recently bought a 5 by 8 trailer where he dismounted our equipment from our tiny trailer onto this new trailer . He re-did all the plumbing and other little things , we are grateful with him , we urgently needed it done since we had an event to go to , he got it done in 2 days for us! As a Business Owner my respects go out to Jason not only does he have great customer service , his communication is excellent. We had our generator delayed last year due to the holidays (not his fault at all!) but he was very generous to offer us his personal generator. I just received my 7 GPM pressure washing trailer from Stateside last week, and it’s an absolute beast! The machine itself is top-notch, and the trailer build is clean, professional, and well put together. While the delivery took a little longer than initially estimated, Jason made sure to go the extra mile to make things right, and I really appreciated that. Jason was also incredibly helpful in walking me through the ins and outs of my system. He made sure I felt confident with everything and assured me I could reach out with any questions in the future. Our company has been doing business with Stateside in Rialto for the last 6 months. Their staff and management is helpful, responsive, and informative with their product lines. We are using the Pressure Washer mounted hose kit. We love it!!! Highly Recommend doing business with them.
