West Herr Honda of Canandaigua Service and Parts

I had to bring my jeep in for service in Victor, so I had my buddy follow me in my new Honda Ridgeline which was due for service. Took a ride over to West Herr in Canandaigua to see if they could possibly fit me in since I was already waiting for my JEEP to get done. I brought it in and Justin took me right in did my service. I had a problem with my hard Tonoe cover he fixed that and I also had something going on with my center console he took care of all three items for me without an appointment. They also gave me a shuttle ride back to the Jeep dealer to pick up my jeep. Thank you, Justin

It was easy to get the appointment time I wanted. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Bryce is easy to talk with, and helps arrange the maintenance my car needs around my fixed income. The waiting area is comfortable, with complimentary beverages and clean restrooms. All in all a pleasant experience

Great experience overall. I understand nobody reads the 5 star reviews, they just look for the one starred ones to read about others’ bad experiences. However, I am pretty sure if I didn’t write a 5 star review, my salesman TJ would not get a small financial incentive kickback from West Herr which he totally deserves. Keep up the good work selling cars without rear view mirrors man!!

Took the car in for a safety recall to have the fuel pump module replaced. Upon replacing, it was discovered that the pump housing was cracked. This was not covered under the recall, but a call to Honda was made and the housing was replaced as well….for free! Great customer service that went above and beyond!

So the car they've done work on thus far has been my wife's Honda Pilot. The folks at this location have always been nothing but friendly and professional. They're straight forward and honest in their approach do maintenence and repairs and quite honestly overall the experiences have really pushed a strong desire to desperately get away from the Ford I was stuck in having to get with another dealership and get a Honda myself for my next vehicle.
