These guys were really really great through and through, I got there about 5 minutes before they open, they let me in very kindly, checked in on me, answered any questions, showed genuine care about what I was looking for and what was right for me, got me into the deal quickly, never gave me “sales guy” vibes that are taking advantage of you or trying to sell you more than you need, very very helpful and very knowledgeable, after getting the deal done in just an hour or 2 they helped me load up my new bike into a truck and gave me a bit of help tying her down, got her home just fine and everything has been great since. Just bought a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan Special Edition from Steeles and mostly just worked with Matt who was great. The price for the quality of the bike I think was a fantastic deal. None of those hidden dealer fees either. Just an overall great experience I would definitely choose them purely for the confidence, but definitely for the efficient process.

Matthew was great! Very knowledgeable, and professional. Stayed in communication with me, and answered all my questions till we met and finished the sale AND helped me with loading the bike on the truck and strapped it very securely. Very competitive prices, lots of dealers try to price gouge NOT these guys! On top of all that the store is full of timeless, vintage, and classic bikes. Plenty of modern ones too. Super sport, naked bikes, adventure bikes, dirt bikes, cruisers, café racers, touring bikes, they have it all and more. I was very fascinated with all the bikes on the show room floor, they were marvelous to look at. Visit the store even if you own a bike, had a great time there. The best bike buying experience period!
