Steele’s is fantastic. They have been easy to schedule with for us, and are quick and efficient for inspections. Nate worked on our car, he recommended some minor fixes and talked through those issues with us. Definitely recommend Steele’s and Nate!

I have taken my car to Steele's for routine oil changes and state inspections & emissions work since 2024. My experience with Steele's has typically been that they provide good customer service, are easy to schedule appointments with and to talk to, and provide quality work on the cars they service. My experience changed when I got a phone call from Andrew Steele at 5:06pm this evening. I called Steele's and spoke with Andrew two weeks ago on 12/29/25 to schedule an oil change for 1/6/26 at 8am. Andrew called me tonight to tell me, "I don't think we're gonna be able to work on your car tomorrow" and that he would be cancelling the appointment. When I asked him why he was doing this, he told me that it was due to "extenuating circumstances". I asked him what he meant by that and he wouldn'
