We were not rushed, kept within our budget, and had a blast the entire time we were there, it was seriously like hanging out with friends. I’d never work with this “dealer” again. Two weeks after buying a car from Tylor, the check engine light came on and it came back with 35 codes. Ones that showed previously there but the light cleared. I called to see why this was hidden before purchase and they denied knowing about it. I asked if they could help fix it and they said drive it to them and they will look at it and maybe fix it. I can’t drive it due to the issues and they wouldn’t tow it. Wouldn’t give me a time for getting it fixed either. Horrible experience to buy a car and already can’t drive it 2 weeks later. I will never use this dealer again or recommend it to anyone. Who knows what else they are hiding on cars. Stay away and find somewhere else to buy a car if you want it to drive.

Very pleased with the experience at Steinle. We're about 2 hours away so I wanted to get as much info as I could up front. Jamie was very accommodating and easy to work with. Most other dealerships I talked to pushed HARD to get us to come in before giving me the info I was looking for. These guys aren't like that. Finance department is great as well. Bryce made things super clear and didn't push anything extra on us. I'd make the drive again the next time we need a new car.

I had my pick up taken to steinle cause it was doing weird stuff. They told me could be broken, corroded or rusted wire. Said electrical guy would be on vacation all next week and other guys didnt know enough about electrical to fix it. 3 days later they told me module was $600.00. They SAID THEY CHANGED MODULE. Called me said truck was done. When I went to get it they said they changed the module. Didn't check any of the wiring. "Do you know how much wiring there is? Do you realize how long that'd take?" They said drove truck and it didn't act up. He said, "you can't fix what isn't broke." He just kept repeating that. I asked if their work was guaranteed and he told me "No." I don't believe they changed the module. I think they charged me $752.41 just to do a five minute reset. LITERALLY
