My wife and I really wanted a Salem Grand Villa 42DL so we went to Town and Country to look at a 2020. We found out that it had sold, but Brady said they were getting a 2021 of that exact model in on trade in a couple of days. We went back a few days later and took a look at the 2021. Beautiful condition and exactly what we wanted. After a couple needed repairs we ended up buying it. They delivered it to our campground for us. We found the refrigerator was missing the ice tray. The service department told us to buy a replacement and send them the bill and they would reimburse us for it. Overall, we are very happy with dealing with Brady and Townn and Country. We absolutely love our new to us camper! Thank you again!

What can I say Matt was awesome! Absolutely the best customer service we have had in a long time. He new the product and walked and talked us through everything. No high pressure sales. Gave us time to talk. He said he would email somethings over and did what he said. Definitely will be buying from him. Great job and very much appreciated. Worth the 5 hour drive. The Hott's

Husband and I just purchased a brand new Jayce 5th wheel. Matt B. Was very helpful. Not pushy but helped when needed If he didn’t know the answer he found someone that did Joe really helped us with the walk thru when we picked it up. Highly recommend this place

This year we purchased our second Jayco camper from them. Their prices are very competitive and they were very fair with the trade in. I will say that we had some issues (not their fault) as with almost all new campers these days and the service department was just outstanding! It's one thing to get a good deal but service is very important and they have taken care of us. We just can't recommend them enough. If you're looking for value and service This is the place.

Customer service is courteous but I think the overall dealership, needs a new SOP. First off, if you did not buy a camper here, they will not service your camper, including winterize. The excuse is like any other business short staff etc. However, when the service writer says they are booked until March, I tried to become a client and understand the short staff and accept they will not service my winterizing, so I try to make an appointment for de-wintering the camper. The excuse this time is we are not taking new customers. It is very obvious that in short, they will not service anything, other than units they sold. It’s crazy, as we are locals and will be up for a new camper in a few years or less. I presume this dealership, is not interested in building customer client relationships or
