STEITZ TOWING

I had a friend of mine lock her keys in her car. Rigo was amazing. He was informative about the insurance I had and it took less than 10 mins to get the keys out but not before he pretended he couldn’t get them out and opened the door once I thought he was being serious😆 he’s great. I hope I get him again if I ever need the help again.

Fantastic experience through AAA using Steitz Towing. My F350 dually truck with cabover camper needed towing. Communication with Steitz was excellent as we waited for a special tow truck, and advice regarding the repair was appreciated. Freindly, courteous and profession.

I’d give a 0 if I could. Don’t let Alex tow your car. He picked it up out of my driveway and the bumper caught as he was pulling it out. When my wife came out of the house to see what happened he drove off like nothing happened. Waited for the owner to call to figure out what and how they wanted to fix the damage. Needless to say he doesn’t want to fix it he also told AAA they wouldn’t tow my car out of the shop and back to my house. Still waiting I've had to call them every week to get an update on when they are sending a body shop estimator. Will be turned into insurance next week if no action is taken by them. 11-19-19 Finally got the body shop to look at it Friday 11-15-19. Still have yet to hear back from Steitz towing. Also when i talked to Santa(sorry if the spelling is incorrect)
