Driver in a Sterling Millwork van nearly just hit me in Birmingham. Driver clearly saw me at a dead stop in traffic and chose to drive into my vehicle instead of waiting for the road to clear. Laid on the horn and he didn't stop. Had to back up in traffic to avoid getting hit. Selfish, reckless, and unacceptable behavior.

Sterling Millwork did an amazing job in our Industrial building for office kitchen and conference room.

I definitely would take your millwork somewhere else. I attempted to work with Sterling millwork again for my third commercial build out in the last eight years. The first experience was lovely. Vito Marchione handled my project, and although he was surly, he was always professional, and everything he did was executed to perfection. Sadly, he passed and I didn’t get the pleasure of working with him again, but continued to try to give Sterling my business. The last two experiences I had with Sterling were not great. Even after using them for my second build out and having some issues with installation, having some issues with pushback when I asked for that installation to be corrected ..being a business owner, I chalked it up to “Everybody’s got bad days” and if the product is good, and

I've had great experiences with them. Very good work.

Very entitled employees who work at the office. Very arrogant and lack customer service experience. Employees who work at the office need some humbleness and be trained in how to treat their clients/customers. Especially those who work for them.
