I had a great experience at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center on River Street in Troy. I dropped my car off right when they opened at 7:30 to have four snow tires put on (which I bought elsewhere and brought in), and I was helped immediately. My car went right in, and the whole process was quick and smooth. What really stood out was the customer service. They were straightforward and no pressure at all. I never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Prices were right, the staff was honest, and the overall experience couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!

Got a flat tire on my first day here. Called up and it was answered immediately. I was expecting a tire replacement, but theyve gone ahead and patched the tire and removed a nail in my front car tire as well. They didn't overcharge me. Great experience. I will be using this shop going forward

So I'm a retired business owner of a successful 24 year ownership of a automotive repair franchise. It takes a lot to really make a impression on me because of the many experiences of different repairs. BUT let me tell you from the minute I walked it to meet the owner to the time I got back on the interstate with my new tired it was a eye opening wonderful great experience.
