The owner Thomas was honest and professional! Their mechanics like Julio, was friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend this auto repair shop! During my visit to New Jersey, I got my car’s AC compressor replaced here—and I’m genuinely impressed. I’m originally from Alabama, where I had the compressor replaced earlier, but the job wasn’t done properly and the AC never worked right. This time, the AC works perfectly. The guy here was crystal clear about the work being done, and the whole experience felt honest and professional. Great service and great results—highly recommend!

Terrible front desk service. Extremely rude and not helpful. Called ahead to see if they could help me quickly- they say no problem. I arrived 10 minutes later and it was an hour wait.

For almost 7 to 8 years, I was a loyal customer and was recommending many people for the honesty and the work. For the last 1.5 yrs, I noticed overselling on the parts while keeping labor price realistic. They charge double the labor as posted if somebody bring's their own part. In one situation, the part price was so high that I asked to charge me double the labor price and install the exact same ordered part from somewhere else and the owner refused to install. Recently, the owner went to an extreme of banging the phone with a statement "go to the other shop" while I just told him as the 1st statement, "I got a quote from another shop..". Later, I picked my car which was with them for an oil change. The owner had nerves to say, "if you go somewhere else, don't come back". I was avoiding
