I recently took my wife's car to Stevens Imports for some repairs, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I initially chose them after seeing photos online of their impeccably clean shop, and let me tell you, the reality lived up to the hype. The place is spotless, which immediately gave me confidence in their professionalism. I worked directly with John Burns, their service manager, who was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward. They impressed me with their fair pricing and lightning-fast turnaround. What could have been a multi-day ordeal was handled in under 24 hours, getting the car fixed and back on the road without any hassle. Super impressive experience at Steve's Imports. I just needed a DEQ Too certification and saw they were closeby on the DEQ list of places to go. I was able to book my appointment for the next day. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind! I got a text for an appointment reminder, and was seen on time and quickly for my appointment. Their waiting room is super cute and clean, love the coffee table with car jacks as legs and the coloring pages for kiddos. When I need real work done on my car I will be coming here, glad to have them in Lents.

I'd driven past Steve's Imports many times but had never taken my car to them. So, then it came time to renew my plates, I saw that Steve's was a DEQToo site, so I took the opportunity to make an appointment - I'm glad I did! Really nice shop with really great folks working on some very fine cars! They had me in and out in practically no time, and I was really happy to learn that they do quality work on Land Rover/Range Rovers as well! So, next time I have an issue with my Range Rover - which is rare -or simply need routine maintenance, I'm going to bring it to Steve's.

Jacob Leonard: I've been using Steve's Imports for over a year now...Steve's has been servicing my 2013 Mercedes S550 - If the mechanics here can't fix your European car then I'm convinced no one can. In one instance, my S-Class had a mysterious, yet obvious suspension issue my other highly competent ASE mechanic couldn't quite pinpoint. Shout out the Benz mechanic MJE because he diagnosed it in 1 afternoon! This shop is very professional, extremely transparent, lightening efficient, only have used OEM parts on my car. Steve's even updated my CarFax one day to my very pleasant surprise! They do wonderful job noting repairs on the receipt and seem to implement solid security measures to ensure cars on lot are safe. I stopped by Steve’s Imports for a DEQ check and had an excellent experience. Even without an appointment, they squeezed me in immediately. I was in and out in under five minutes, which was incredible. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, and they even let my dog hang out in the lobby. Truly outstanding service. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending them to others.
