Normally I would not provide a negative review as it is too easy for people to do so without justification. In this instance I believe it was earned. The Salesperson saved Stevinson from a one star review. He was polite and respectful. It was apparent he was uncomfortable with how things transpired. Medved beat Stevinson’s deal by $6,000. Yes folks, $6,000. It was an apples to apples deal. Stevinson even refused to provide the deal sheet to afford me the opportunity to sit down with my wife and discuss the four deals I was presented with from four different dealers. Obviously it would have been an easy decision to eliminate Stevinson given the $6,000 discrepancy; but what about transparency. That is a rhetorical question for you, Stevinson. I suggest you adhere to the mantra in your misle

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Colorado from Stevinson. My salesman was Ritch Hernandez and he was absolutely the BEST!!! We were using cash from the sale of a house to pay for the truck and Ritch worked with me over the period of a month to find the exact truck I wanted at a price that I felt was extremely fair to both me and the dealership. Best car buying experience I have ever had by far.

Russ was great. He helped me figure out an oddball part i needed for a vehicle at my shop. He didn't have one in stock but helped me find another location that had one. Eventhough he didn't get my business today he will get it next time for sure! I appreciate that Russ wanted to make sure i was taken care of. Thanks again!

Great customer service! They were patient and helped me get the car I really love! Definitely would recommend even after 2 months they still keep in touch and ask how I like the vehicle. 10/10
