Stevinson Chevrolet Service

Brought the truck in for hesitation when shifting. They inspected and we started with a fluid change. Brakes were also identified as needing replaced on the rear. I hadn't expected that expense but approved the work anyway. Gotta have brakes. No coupons were available but Pat helped me with a discount so had the work completed. Had to wait more than 6 hours but it was worth the wait. Still have issues with the shifting but not as bad and this was the starting point. No ones fault. Everyone was nice and professional. I always try to get my service done at Stevinson Chevrolet. They are the best. I would have given 5 stars except the cost to flush the tranny and replace only the rear brakes was a bit much even with the discount. But I suppose it's the times we are in. I really appreciated th

My service advisor Pat was very pleasant to work with, and was informative as to the status of my vehicle. The delay receiving parts with my vehicle was lengthy (almost a month), but this had nothing to do with the dealership. Picking up the vehicle was easy, and all of the repairs were completed to my satisfaction.

Traveling through Colorado when we experienced a transmission issue. Called then went to Stevinson Chev and experienced the most amazing care and service! Had to order parts/fit us in as we were traveling/kept us informed - they truly cared! So grateful!

Having experienced a serious issue with my vehicle on Friday evening I was able to make an appointment and drop the vehicle off on the Saturday morning. The dealership were able to arrange a rental car for me and provide a car to take me to the rental center. The technician, Ian, was very engaged and communicative throughout the process and kept me promptly appraised of the status. My vehicle was promptly repaired and I was able to collect it later that same week.

Fast tow, Diagnostic and repair under warranty. No assistance in returning my vehicle/tow or ride. This was the closest facility 86 miles away. I had heard of dealerships exceeding expectations.... not the case.
