Stivers Ford South Parts Department

I was in dire need of a part for my 2015 ford 150 Transit 3.2 Power-stroke diesel van, a stiffler or upper oil pan, and could not find one anywhere literally! The Ford dealership in Raleigh NC told me it was on back-order and would be six weeks but no guarantee on that time either! I contacted David Griffen (in the parts dept.) at Stivers Ford and he was awesome! He got me the part and got it shipped the next day! I'm so grateful and now know who I can contact for fast dependable service for hard to find parts! Highly recommend this company! Thank you David!

Zero Stars. Service & Parts department are completely unresponsive. Multiple calls, multiple holds, multiple texts. These people just don't care. They may sell you a car, but you won't get it fixed here. Run from this company.

I have been calling them for 7 day in a row. No one answers the phone, I even tried on their text line and spoke to a person who said to call the number I was already calling. I have tried from 7am till 7pm at all hours of the day. WHAT does it take to get some one to answer the phone.
