I called last week to make an appointment and they were very accommodating. I had a grinding noise on my driver side that I assumed was brakes or rotors and needed a professional to take a look. The car was in the shop maybe 20-30 minutes and they had an answer already. It ended up being a bit of rust on the rotor but nothing to be concerned with just yet. They gave me a full diagnostic, provided me with some options and allowed me to make an informed decision. No sales tactics, no sneaky deals or forced repairs. Very honest, hard working and knowledgeable people. Even though I didn’t need any work done today, their candor, professionalism and integrity earned a customer for life out of me.
