Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I don’t know their names, but the three men working today were exceptional. Went out of their way to help me after my battery died. They tried to charge it with their battery pack, when that didn’t work they were able to jump my car and sat with me until we made sure it would get me to my next destination! They were kind, courteous, and helpful. I hope someone else will recognize their wonderful customer service and thank them too!

One vehicle was ahead of me and they still got me out within 30 minutes. Very kind and got my total before they even started to make sure that was the correct bundle I wanted. Very professional, friendly, and hard working. Will definitely be going back.

I waited 30 minutes for the guy in front of me to get done. When I finally pulled up I told them I had a $20 off coupon and that I wanted the 77.99 mid level oil. They said my vehicle can’t take the kind of oil. I quickly looked up online and found that not to be true but I decided since I had the coupon I would go ahead and take the 97.99 oil change for 77.99. Well he proceeds to read me the total and says it’s over 100 bucks! Apparently the prices quoted is only for 5 quarts of oil and not 6. And they charge 12.99 more per additional quart! No where on their advertising was that listed. Not to mention you can’t even find any pricing until you’re already pulled up in line to get the oil change. So now, even with a $20 off coupon, I am looking at $100 oil change. I can get full synthetic o

El Dorado location was super friendly! Super informative and you can tell they all worked as a team really well together. In and out, not long at all. Impressive crew.... Did I mention they ALL had manners!?

Fantastic service and very professional. They didn't try to upcharge or oversell us anything and I really appreciate that. We were in and out in about 10 minutes.
