Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Had the pleasure of having my car serviced by Taylor, Jordan and Kyle today and they were awesome! Very informative and patient. They also informed us that the company was owned by women which makes me want to support more. Give them QR codes and i bed you’ll get more reviews.

I arrived and was greeted by Ms.Vanessa, it took me a while to find a coupon but she remained patient. She answered my questions and also gave me some pointers on how to keep my vehicle serviced. The oil change didn’t take any time and I was educated throughout the experience. She told me exactly where my issue was and offered repair services.

"On a scale of 1-10, your oil leak is a 8. Your rear main seal is leaking" Shows me the dip stick with it showing half a quart low. I've used full synthetic since the car was new in 2013. Last time it was changed was a year ago, almost 10,000 miles. I'm not dropping a transmission for half a quart in a year. They are quick and will get you in and out, a little too quick. As in I'll keep an eye on my oil level and change again next month. It felt more like a top off than an oil change. They didn't even ask if I wanted a oil filter. I had to ask to see the dipstick at the end. I heard the gun loosen (start) and tighten (end) a bolt with no vibrations. I don't trust them overall. Matter of fact, Not even sure I'll wait a month for a oil change for the 1000 miles I may drive. They'll check y

I used to get my car oil changed at this place, but the employee's attitude was very unpleasant. They close at 7 pm, and I arrived at 6:20. Another car arrived a few seconds before me. The guy who spoke to me seemed angry about having another customer; I guess he thought I wanted my car serviced for free. I won't be going back to this place.

The staff here was great. They were fast friendly and knowledgeable. They even found an issue from when I got an oil change last time from a different company that was not completed properly and made sure that was not going to become an issue in the future.
