Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I feel like the service was overpriced and the price changes were inconvenient. But every time I go here Brandon gets me going and makes sure my car is good. Very respectful and knows what he’s doing. And I’ve never seen Rosie before but she was amazing and made me feel comfortable paying even though I felt like it was overpriced. The whole 4 member team was amazing. Strickland brothers is my go to.

When I drove up, I was greeted with a smile and a water bottle! Wow! That was amazing. It’s the little things. Jacob and Chase went above and beyond my expectations. They were knowledgeable, courteous, kind and professional. They took the time to explain the whole process to me as well as explained everything on the receipt. I drive past three other places that offer oil changes to come to this location and it is because of the customer service that they provide. 10/10 Recommend. I even received an air fresher as I checked out! Please keep doing those little things. No one else does this and it’s what keeps me returning. Plus the amazing customer service of course!

I needed a quick oil change before I had to get my daughter from school. Jonathan and chase were absolutely wonderful, quick, and SO polite. Definitely going again when needed!

Don’t waste your time! I arrived at 6:08 with a closing time at 7. They had one car in the bay which was half way done with its service it seemed, both service techs made eye contact with me as I waited. At 6:33 when the serviced car left the technician approached my vehicle and informed me they would not be servicing my vehicle because the close at 6:30…. Which I then stated that I was sure they were closing at 7 per the door and the web site’s information which he then reluctantly confirmed but said they do not take anyone after 6:30. They were inflexible in their position and were very snide in there responses when I asked to speak to management . If the service is a 10 min service and I had waited over 20 min they most certainly should have had ample time to complete my service a

I took my daughter's SUV there yesterday and Jon was amazing! So polite, professional, and did an awesome job. He even reset the oil change reminder, which was so helpful. Thank you!
