Toyota Service - Gloucester Toyota Service Department

I had a warranty question and the lady in service refused to answer it. She informed me if my issue was caused by "rodents" it would not be covered. Huh, rodents?? I asked if it was a defect would it be covered? Her response " I can't answer that without looking at it". Huh again? So you can't tell me if a defect would be covered under my warranty? She said "nope" and told me to hold. Next thing I know the Service Manager is on the phone. He said hello, and I replied I'm on hold and a lady was helping me. He then told me she did not want to so she put him on the phone. How rude! I told him she refused to tell me if a defect was covered under my warranty. He told me "he instructed his employees not to answer that question ". Say what? You cant explain my warranty? You had no problem telli

I love their service. Holly, Asst. Service Mgr. is wonderful to deal with. I would recommend all Toyota owners to bring their vehicles here. It takes me a little over one hour to get here but it is so worth it. We live on the Northern Neck. Granted, the facility is on the small side and is older but I would rather have the best value for my two Toyotas than have a luxurious waiting room. They do have small waiting room though. I sat outside on the bench for some fresh air. Know your car(s) are in good hands when you come here.

Took my car for state inspection and needed new wipers. Come out with chip in lower windshield in line of vision. Staff and manager says it was there prior and I must not have noticed it. Unprofessional! Now I have to pay to have something fixed that they broke. I don’t recommend them and will not use them ever again!

I must say the staff that received my car for the oil change were the kindest I've encountered for a while. Especially in times were there is so much Bladen hatred all around. Thank you young lady!
