Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

The guys took good care of me! Fast but thorough and friendly. Nice that they include tire pressure checks, fluid top off, and air filter checks along with the oil change. Also offer light bulb replacement if needed. Nice to be able to stay in the car and they keep you informed as they go. Even gave me a discount which was also very nice and much appreciated! Would suggest and will return! 🙂

Guys were the best. They topped all my stuff off and they were so informative. Great group of guys and I’m definitely coming back and referring everyone so quick too. When you are on the run and you need to get stuff done on top of everything and an oil change, this is definitely the place to go no wait whatsoever in and out.

I have been going here for years, even before the company change, and Strickland Brothers has ALWAYS been AMAZING! Everyone is so nice, no tricks, no upselling, no BS. They tell you everything they do step by step, they explain everything, and they even make recommendations like “here’s your filter, it’s kinda dirty, I’d recommend changing it, but it’s up to you”. No pressure put on me ever. I honestly come religiously, and every single person I have ever dealt with is nicer than the one before, and that says a lot because every single time the person has been unbelievable.

Really an awesome experience, made all the better because we found a 50% off any oil change. They were friendly and professional and I didn’t even have to get out of the car on a frigid day. With the vast number of chain type oil change places, this one stands above. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The staff were friendly, and the service was exactly what I wanted. I don't know the name of the employee who greeted me and handled checkout, initials on the receipt are EDB, but he was very helpful and pleasant. Price here is comparable to others in the area, but some of the other oil change service providers in the area either have rude employees or try to push a ton of add-on services. I like that Strickland Brothers was friendly and to the point. Service time was reasonable as well. We will definitely come back for future oil changes at the McHenry location.
