Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Great service! The gentleman was so honest and helpful. They explained to me that I was not due for an oil change yet, the last place I went did not reset my car service light. I was thankful that they didn't just take my money. It was so good to get to run into some nice Honest individuals. Thank you

The employees are great. However, I will not use Strickland Brothers ever again. The costs have been increased. Loyal customers are not appreciated. My sticker discount was not honored. The employees hands are tied. They are not allowed to work with the customer. The premium brand was not used even though I paid for it. Do not trust this company! Private ownership was better than corporate ownership.

Word of advice if you are working customer service be prepared to give good customer service! The technician that was working sunday(lightskin male with the long ponytail) when I arrived at 12:30 pm, was very rude and answered my questions as if I was bothering him. When I gave him the same tone he was giving me he felt the need to tell me he would not be disrespected as if I wasn't the PAYING customer that he initially had an attitude when I arrived. He seemed very agitated and should stay home if he is not " in the mood" to do a job he is getting paid for.

I have visited Strickland Brothers a few times for an oil change and each visit left me feeling very satisfied and glad I came. The staff is very professional and honest and treat their customers with care. I will continue coming here for car service
