Strictly German

I was told by Sergio changing my battery would fix my fault codes after a storm front hit GA but it did not. My battery was old and needed to be replaced but he likely knew I had mechanical related issue from the start of recommending service. I have no issue with the price, service was done quick, and I appreciated the extra diagnostics. Though I didn’t know much about my car, he was very rude in pointing that out instead of being patient and understanding. Unprofessional customer service experience

BEWARE!!!! I brought my sons 1995 M3 to Strictly German to have the engine looked at. Turns out it had water in it and needed to be rebuilt or replaced and they couldn't do the work so we had it towed to another shop. Once there we realized there were many valuable parts missing and we had a very difficult time getting them back, it took weeks and some were still missing. The other shop did all the work and did a great job but when we got the car back my son noticed it no longer had the original headlights. That shop has a pic of the car with the after market, cheap headlights, already on it as it came off the tow truck. Staff is very knowledgeable and they stand behind their work. They do a great job of explaining issues and solutions.

My alternator went out on I-85 at around 12:30 and i was fortunate enough to be able to get to Strictly German. These guys are amazing. They made space in their day to take me to a close by restaurant so I could get lunch and drinks, came and collected me when the car was completed and even stayed late so i could get back on the road and complete my 120 mile journey home. This is the standard that ALL shops should be held to.....

I brought my 2009 Mercedes in for an airmatic system failure and this guy Sergio said I needed a new air compressor and all four struts replaced without even looking at the car, they kept the car for weeks and never fixed anything. After almost a month of having to call for updates on work that never got done I got tired of it and went and picked up my car, it was left outside in the elements and had trash inside of it. Do not come here
