I took my motorcycle there for a problem. I was having left it there about five days. They called me said they found the issue supposedly. I went, picked up the bike And they gave me a bag of parts off of the bike and said “we didn’t get a chance to put it back together,” Also, the Hot wired my bike!!! and I gave them the keys!

I had some initial misunderstandings with the service department which resulted in hundreds of dollars extra in parts I didn’t ask for. Additionally, I spent 6 hours on a walk in maintenance when it was communicated that it’d be much shorter. The manager made it right. However, I left Sturgis to ride back to New Mexico. When I arrived home I found several critical engine mount nuts and bolts missing. If I called, the manager might make it right; but let’s face it, no one is shipping a nut and bolt during the rally.

Here’s the good. Price of the bike and sales guys were great to deal with. Once I got to the finance manager it’s where things went down hill fast. Let me start by saying that I didn’t need financing. Secondly after I told him at least twice I didn’t need extended warranty he proceeded to insinuate that I couldn’t afford it because I was paying cash. When that didn’t work he tried the guilt trip about having to feed his family. This guys truly lacks basic people skills and should not be in his role. If it wasn’t for the fact that I traveled over 5 hours for this purchase I was this close from walking out on him. Unfortunate that one person can totally ruin what was up to this point a great experience.

Jake and the team are the most knowledgeable in the industry. In talking with him they will shoot you straight and give their honest opinion. I never feel like I'm "sold" anything but definitely make informed purchases when the deal is done! Thanks for everything!

A very professional environment. I traveled from Nebraska to pick up a new Husqvarna. Everything was in order and ready to go when I got there. Christina was able to take care of all the paperwork through email before I arrived. Jake in sales was very helpful and quick to answer any questions.
